I’m a friendly, down-to-earth person who values a clean, calm, and respectful home. I work for myself in the beauty and wellness industry, so my schedule can vary, but I’m very considerate of shared spaces and other people’s routines.

At home I like things tidy, peaceful, and comfortable. I enjoy a relaxed chat or shared meal now and then, but I also really value personal space and quiet time to recharge.

I’m looking for a long-term living situation with someone who is responsible, respectful, and easy to communicate with so we can create a positive and stress-free home together, I’m after a long term housemate that can co sign a lease together for at least one year and beyond as a teamup for a rental property . Ideally a 4x2 home up to total $800 per week so split will be $400 per week each , I have good rental history and references and you should have too . A place that fits our needs and is large enough to fit our furniture , we would be applying for rental properties together .
