Hey! I’m Sam — I’m 18 and currently running my own business, so I stay pretty focused and keep a good routine. I’m really into working out and take pride in staying disciplined, which also carries over into how I live day-to-day.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and big on cleanliness — I like to keep things tidy and organised. I’m usually out working, training, or keeping busy, so I’m not someone who brings a lot of noise or chaos into the house.

I get along well with different people and value a calm, positive living environment. Just looking for a place where everyone’s comfortable and things run smoothly 🙂
