Hey! I’m Gabrielle, 28, moving to the Gold Coast and looking for someone to co-sign a lease with me and my 1-year-old Maine Coon, Delphi. Ideally only looking at 2 bed 2 bath apartments within 3 blocks of the beach up to $900 total pw.

I work on Feature Films & Reality TV, so my schedule isn’t a standard 9–5 but I’m clean, independent and respectful of shared spaces. I have been living alone for the past 5 years so I know how to keep a home running.

I’m a calm, grounded presence at home… I love a wine, shared dinner, movie night, beach days etc, but definitely not a party house.

I’m wanting to live an actual home, not just a shared space. Aesthetically I love candles, mood lighting, plants, wooden furnishings etc. I’ll be bringing furniture for shared areas that have a mid century modern eclectic/boho feel however would love both of us to add some creative flare to our home.

Delphi is a very sweet and independent cat, she’ll usually just hang out in whatever room you’re in doing her own thing, with the occasional lap cuddle when she feels like it.

Essentially, I am just looking for someone easygoing, friendly, self-aware and respectful who wants a home that actually feels nice to live in, not just somewhere to sleep with strict rules.
