Hey! I’m Gabrielle a 29 year old Film Industry Professional moving to the Gold Coast and looking for someone to co-sign an unfurnished 12 month lease for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Broadbeach with me and my 1-year-old Maine Coon cat, that I have just beed approved for.

I work on Feature Films & Reality TV, so my schedule isn’t a standard 9–5 but I’m clean, independent and respectful of shared spaces. I have been living alone for the past 5 years so I know how to keep a home running.

I’m a calm, grounded presence at home… I love a wine, shared dinner, movie night, beach days and the occasional social 420 smoke (in a chill nature loving hippie way not a stoner/gamer way), but definitely not a party house, those days are behind me.

I’m wanting to live an actual home, not just a shared space. Aesthetically I love candles, mood lighting, plants, wooden furnishings etc. I’ll be bringing some furniture for shared areas that have a mid century modern eclectic/boho feel however would love both of us to add some creative flare to our home.

Delphi is a very sweet and independent cat, she’ll usually just hang out in whatever room you’re in doing her own thing, with the occasional lap cuddle when she feels like it.

Essentially, I am just looking for someone easygoing, friendly, self-aware and respectful who wants a home that actually feels nice to live in, not just somewhere to sleep with strict rules.

I am independent & introverted, but have social bursts when I am comfortable with someone. As I am moving solo from Brisbane I would really love a housemate that is open to being friends as well as respecting each others privacy.
