Hello,
I am writing to express my interest in the available room.
I am a man in my forties from Perth and have worked as a road traffic controller for more than seven years. I lead a quiet lifestyle and would not have visitors, parties, or drinking at the property. I simply want a comfortable place to relax when I am not at work, the gym, or the beach. I keep my living space clean and tidy, as picking up after oneself as one goes makes a considerable difference in a shared home.
I have lived in share accommodation for the past 15 to 20 years. I currently rent the spare room in a two-bedroom apartment in Rivervale and live there with the owner. Unfortunately, she has placed the unit on the market, so I have begun looking for my next room. I am able to move out without giving notice once I find a suitable place, which gives me flexibility on timing. I hope to secure a pleasant home for at least 12 months.
