Hi! I am early 30s entrepreneur, love to go to the gym, explore nature on the weekends and hit up the beach. I am a clean, easy going and respectful room mate. Most of the time I am busy up at 5-6am, and then into work through the day, mostly working out of the home and visiting clients, sometimes working from home. I am happy to keep to myself and respect the privacy of the home, and also up for a chat. No parties or anything like that. Looking for a calm, quiet, peaceful home. I do have a small toy cavoodle but she is with family so its not necessary the property could have her - if it could would be a bonus but I am ok to take on a place that doesn't allow pets.
