Alyssa and Evan

Hello! My partner Evan (26 M) and I (27F) are looking to rent a room in a shared house.

We are currently living in Tassie and getting ready to move back to Newcastle to start our new jobs. Evan grew up in Caves Beach and has family in the neighborhood.

We are looking to rent starting June 1st. Flexible on move in date. Ideally looking for a place in Merewether (or nearby so we can bike to work)

We are both in our mid-late twenties. We like to live a relaxed and sustainable life, spending time in nature and going on weekend adventures & surf trips in our van. We enjoy surfing, climbing, gardening, biking around town looking for a cozy cafe or cooking up a nice dinner by the fire.
