Hi, my name is Thais. I am a student currently living on the Gold Coast. I’m a calm, respectful and tidy person who enjoys a clean and minimalist home environment.

I enjoy running, going to the gym and cooking, and I always try to maintain a relaxed and positive atmosphere.

I am planning to move with two friends, Dave and Sebastián. We are all students and all currently employed. Dave and Sebastián both work full-time, and I am working part-time while focusing on my studies. We are all financially responsible and stable.

We are quiet, respectful tenants who take good care of the place we live in. We value a calm lifestyle. We are looking for a home where we can feel comfortable, safe and settled long-term.
