My son and I are looking for someone to share house with :)
I am an artist who works from home so may need a garage or somewhere to set up a studio space. Ideally a 3 or 4 bedroom house would be best.

I’m a good cook and love kids and can get along with most people. I don’t smoke or vape and drink alcohol occasionally.

I’m respectful of keeping clean and tidy (except for my studio 🫣)

My son is easy going, and boards at highschool during the week and is busy playing football the rest of the time . He makes a mean spag bol and is used to contributing about the house and doing chores.

Ideally looking for another single parent or single person for an ongoing arrangement.
