I am looking for a room or share room (max 2 people) for my Son Riley. He is 19 and studying engineering at RMIT. He is very independent as he lived in the US for a gap year before studying. He is quiet and very clean (raised by a German mother:)). He is extremely responsible and works part time as a chef in a local restaurant frenchie. He can provide many references and at school was school captain, is easy to get along with and very friendly and outgoing. I live in Adelaide and came here to visit and would like to help him move into more appropriate housing. We are not looking for something super fancy, but at least of an acceptable cleanliness standard . I would love for him to move as soon as possible. He didn't have much time to find a place before starting University and grabbed the first thing he could find which is not inhabitable and hence needs to move. I am here on Saturday and would love to look at some rooms with him to support him. Because he works and studies he is time limited. He won't spend much time in the room but needs somewhere safe to live. Thank you.
