Hi, my friend and I are looking to rent a 2 bed 2 bath apartment together. We are students at Bond University and Southern Cross University. We are both quiet, clean and respectful people, and we will take good care of the place.
We have a well-behaved female cat. She is desexed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and regularly treated for fleas and worms. She is clean and quiet, and we always make sure her living area is well maintained. My daily routine includes cleaning the areas where she spends time, so the home stays tidy and fresh. If the property is furnished, I’m also happy to buy sofa covers and other protective covers to make sure the furniture is well protected.
We don’t party, don’t smoke, and won’t bring people over often. We’re looking for a clean, safe and comfortable home where we can live peacefully. We are easy-going, responsible, and mindful of neighbours and the property.
