I am a 40-year-old woman who works part-time teaching singing and guitar in a local music school/shop. I am also studying an MA Music Studies (Voice Pedagogy) part time at the Qld Conservatorium of Music, and I occasionally work as a voice over artist. I own a pro sound booth, which I do all my music practice/voice over work in, and you can barely hear me when I'm in it, so I will not be a noisy tenant :) I am LGBTQIA+ and enjoy bushwalking, reading and cooking. I am a quiet and respectful tenant, and can provide a reference letter from my current long term landlord attesting to this. I am leaving my current rental of eight years because it is being repurposed for commercial use. I have a 4 year old ragdoll/ russian blue cat called Banjo. He is an indoor cat, intelligent and well behaved. I'm reliable paying rent and can provide a rental ledger, references from my current landlord, long term neighbour and a colleague.
