Hi everyone!

My name is Doheon Kwon, and I’m from South Korea on a Working Holiday visa.

​I’m currently looking for a room starting from 18 June. Although I’m in the middle of a full-time job search, I have plenty of savings brought from Korea to cover the rent and bond for several months, so you’ll never have to worry about payments being on time.

​I consider myself an ideal housemate because I’ve spent the last 12 years living in shared environments, including 5 years in dormitories, 5 years in private flats, and 2 years of mandatory military service. These experiences have made me a very disciplined, organized, and respectful person who naturally keeps common areas spotless and follows house rules strictly.

​I am a strict non-smoker and not a party person at all. Since I’m out most of the day for job interviews and networking, I’ll be a very quiet and easygoing tenant. I respect others’ privacy and would love to find a peaceful home to stay in for the long term.
