I’m a 22 year old student in my last of study. I’m respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. I like to keep a clean, peaceful home environment, keep shared spaces tidy, and I always pay my responsibilities on time. I’m considerate of other people’s space, routines, and privacy, so I’m quite easy going and reliable as a housemate or tenant. I study and work regularly, so I have a stable routine and spend a lot of time focused on productive things rather than causing disruptions. I’m also friendly, responsible, and communicate well if anything ever needs to be discussed. Overall, I bring stability, cleanliness, and respect to a home, which makes me someone people can feel comfortable and confident living with.
