Roses and Tengku

Hi, I’m Ros living with my husband. We are a couple (student & working) looking for a studio room or granny flat (1 or 2 bedroom). We prefer an empty/unfurnished space as we already have our own furniture and household items from our previous home.

We are a clean, quiet and respectful couple with no children. Both of us are responsible, and we have stable income and always pay rent on time.

We are non-smokers, do not party, and prefer a peaceful environment. We are looking for a long-term stay and can move in anytime.

We can provide references and are happy to arrange an inspection.
