Hey! I’m Alyx, a 22-year-old Master’s student at UWA studying Social Work and Social Policy.
I’m easygoing, respectful, and take pride in keeping my space clean and tidy. I really value a calm, quiet home environment, especially since I’m currently on placement as part of my course, so I tend to keep a pretty steady and low-key routine during the week.
I enjoy spending time outdoors and am generally out and about, but when I’m home I appreciate a peaceful and comfortable space.
I’m looking for a place for around 6–8 months and have prior experience living and renting in the city, so I’m reliable when it comes to rent and shared responsibilities.
