Hi, I am an international student who will be flying in during the first week of July. I am currently looking for a long-term room rental, preferably for at least 1 year.

I am friendly and open to socialising with my flatmates, but I am also comfortable keeping to myself and respecting personal space. I am a clean and organised individual, although I do have quite a number of clothes that I will be bringing along with me.

I have previously been to the Gold Coast and Melbourne, but this will be my first time living in Perth. I hope you won’t mind if I ask questions from time to time while I settle in. It would be really nice if you and the rest of the household could guide me in adapting to life in Perth like a local.
