Ada and Kase

Hi,

We’re an easygoing couple originally from Raglan, New Zealand. My name is Ada and I currently work full-time as a receptionist. My partner, Kase, is 22 and is be moving over to Australia in August and will be actively looking for work as soon as he arrives.

I’m currently staying in short-term accommodation, which finishes at the end of August, so we’re now looking for a place to rent from around then. We’d be happy with either a short-term arrangement or something longer term if it feels like the right fit. We’re primarily looking for a studio, granny flat, or one bedroom apartment, but would also consider a share house arrangement.

As we don’t currently have a car, we’d ideally love to stay somewhere along the coast with easy beach access and convenient public transport. We’re mainly looking along the coast between Miami and Coolangatta.

We’re clean, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. We enjoy a calm, positive home environment and are always considerate of other people’s space, routines, and privacy. We’re social and friendly but also appreciate our own downtime and a good balance at home.

In our spare time we enjoy going for long walks, trying new restaurants, and spending time by the beach and outdoors. We’re both responsible, reliable, and looking for a comfortable place to call home while we continue settling into life on the Gold Coast.
