Hey guys, slightly unusual post, but hopefully it reaches the right people.

I’m a British filmmaker building my own agency alongside a full time sales job. I’ve been living in Brisbane since September and absolutely love it here, so I’m planning to stay for at least another year. I’m open to Brisbane or the Gold Coast for the right people and place.

I’m looking to start a new share house around the start of November with people who are driven, clean, positive, and genuinely want to build a good life here.

I think there’s a real opportunity to create a house that is more than just somewhere to live - a place with good energy, ambition, accountability, and people who push each other forward without making it weird or intense.

That said, I’m definitely not all work. I’m into hiking, climbing, mountain biking, cars, films, cooking, card games, playing piano, and getting outdoors whenever I can.

I’m looking for people who are fun, down to earth, active, tidy, and have things they’re working towards. Not looking for a party house, smokers, or people who don’t clean up after themselves.

Current budget is around $350/week, likely increasing to around $500/week by October/November - I am flexible on budget if the house is right.
