Clean, quiet, easy-going professional. Work long days on site, so I'm out of the house most of the time. Pretty good in the kitchen too, no need for takeaway when there's a chef in the house. Enjoy hiking, swimming and a quiet weekend.

No smoking, no pets, no drama. Respectful of shared space and good with bills, cleaning and the basics.

Initially after a short stay of around 2 months while I settle in, with the option to extend if it's a good fit on both sides.
