I am quiet, and work part time as an illustrator, which I can do in my room or in a studio space outside the home. I also get a pension. I require wifi but not furniture, but this is negotiable if the room is furnished that's ok too.
Im a non-smoker and love animals, my own cat died aged 18 last year so I would love to find a place that has pets and I am capable and willing to help care for them.
Im open to a share house, or house sitting situation
