Single, 56yo male, working for government dept (in cbd) in capital works & infrastructure full time - wfh 2 days per week.
I live a quiet lifestyle & definitely more of a home-body, but like to go out occasionally for meals, or other social stuff.
I need a bed in the room - minimum Queen size. I have a car so need secure car parking too thanks!
I am negotiable with the length of time - 2 months but could be more, if my work requires & if we vibe.
Recently moved to Melbourne for the job & was living in a motel, then in to temporary short-term accommodation and need to move out.
A shared Bedroom is not acceptable to me.
A Party house is not acceptable to me - it's not what I'm looking for.
Zero interest to share a 2/3/4/5/6 bedroom property with a ridiculous amount of people. You know what I mean.
I am completely open-minded when it comes to my potential future housemates - Straight, LGBTQI+ friendly here. Mutual respect key for me for a happy, healthy home, for all.
