Hey, I’m Joel, 23, and I work full time as a carpenter apprentice. I’d say I’m pretty easygoing and easy to live with, I enjoy being social and having a chat, but I also really respect personal space and like a bit of quiet time here and there too.
I’m very clean, respectful, and always make an effort to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’m the type of person who’s happy to get along with everyone without bringing drama into the house.
Outside of work I like keeping active, catching up with mates, relaxing with a show or movie, and just having a good balance between social time and downtime.
