Hi! I’m a Korean researcher moving to Perth and I’m looking for a room from **1 November 2026**. I’ll be arriving in Australia on 27 October, so I’ll be available to inspect places in person from then.

I’ll be working as a researcher at **The University of Western Australia (UWA)** for approximately one year, so I’m hoping to find a place where I can commute to UWA within about 40 minutes by public transport, preferably without having to transfer.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and a non-smoker. I’m not really into parties, so I’d prefer a calm and peaceful household. I’m also completely fine with living in a home with pets.

During weekdays, I’ll usually be at the university, and I tend to have a fairly quiet lifestyle in the evenings and on weekends.

I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly home where everyone respects each other’s privacy and shared spaces.
