Hey there, we are a friendly couple looking for a room to rent or happy to team up with another female to start a new rental place.

We are flexible with team up arrangements. Happy to look and start a new rental with 2 bedrooms with 1 other female or 2 female students who want to share a room. We will make sure you will be involved in the rental property search too.

Preferably we like a central location in Dee Why near the main bus stop and beach. But happy to consider surrounding suburbs.
