am a Korean male currently in Australia on a Working Holiday visa and working full-time in the automotive industry near Nundah Station. I have a stable income and a regular work schedule, which helps me maintain a quiet and responsible lifestyle.
Although my English is currently limited, I am very hardworking, polite, and eager to communicate clearly and respectfully with housemates through translation apps or simple terms when necessary.
I have previous experience living independently in Korea and am currently renting in Australia. I always keep my living space clean and tidy, pay rent on time, and respect both housemates and landlords. I am a non-smoker, do not host parties, and value a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
I am looking for a place to stay for around 6–12 months and can provide references if required. I take pride in being reliable, respectful, and easy to live with. My girlfriend may visit occasionally, but she will not be a regular resident.
