Hi, I’m Crystal, a 25-year-old full-time professional working as a Design Engineer in North Sydney.

I’m currently looking for a studio, granny flat, or one-bedroom apartment where I can have my own private space. I work full-time and have a stable income, with a mix of office-based and work-from-home days during the week.

I’m a quiet, respectful, and tidy tenant who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept living environment. I don’t smoke, I pay rent and bills on time, and I treat any property I live in with care and respect.
