Hi, I’m Sam. I’m 31 and I run an online mentoring business helping men build better social lives, networks, confidence, and dating lives. I work mostly from my laptop and usually keep a pretty flexible schedule, but I’m focused and respectful at home.

During the week I’m usually working, training, walking, filming content, or catching up with friends. I’m social and enjoy going out, but I also like having a clean, calm place to come back to. I’m easygoing, respectful, and like living with people who are friendly, tidy, and have their own thing going on.

On weekends I’m usually out seeing friends, going to the beach, training, grabbing coffee, or working on business and content. I’m not a big party-at-home person, but I do enjoy a good chat, a laugh, and living with people who make the place feel relaxed and comfortable.
