Hi there! I'm a young-at-heart 64-year-old dual New Zealand/Australian citizen returning to Australia after 35 wonderful years living in Italy, where I ran my own holiday properties in Tuscany.
I’m looking for a welcoming, furnished share situation for the next few months while I find my feet and eventually purchase my own place. Financially independent, easygoing, and deeply respectful of shared spaces, I bring warm, positive, and low-drama energy to a home. I love arts, culture, good food, and great conversation, but I also thoroughly respect everyone's need for quiet downtime.
