Not social. Don't drink or smoke. I spend most of my time on a computer, playing games and watching videos. I enjoy tinkering with vintage synths, samplers, drum machines or at least talking about them online. I used to flip second hand gear for pocket money, I don't make music.
I got a diploma in audio engineering 2 decades ago and cert II in animal studies about a decade ago. Despite not working in either field now I suppose it reflects my interests. Vintage audio and animals.
I have 2 dogs that are my entire life. Sid is a 15 year old Dachshund mix. Jill is a 2 Year old mini Dachshund. They aren't social dogs but aren't aggressive. Will just keep to themselves. They go outside to the kennel when I'm at work or not home but they sleep on my bed when I'm home. Jill loves a walk every day but Sid is struggling with it a bit now he's older.
If bonds are done through the RTA I can offer 4 weeks to cover myself and an addition 2 weeks to cover my dogs.
I have no impairment or allergy that would prevent me from helping with any physical yard work, lifting, cleaning, etc ... everything is negotiable. I have been in this house for over a decade and I'm looking for somewhere I can rent long term.
