Hi, I’m Philip, 28, originally from County Longford, Ireland. I’ve been living in Perth for the past two years and am currently looking for a new place to call home.

I work full-time as a recruiter for an Irish construction company and am on a sponsorship visa. I have a stable routine and keep busy with work during the week, as well as the gym and football in the evenings. On weekends, you’ll usually find me at the beach, catching up with friends, or exploring Perth.

I’m easy-going, respectful, clean, and considerate of the people I live with. I enjoy being social but also appreciate having a relaxed and comfortable home environment. I don’t smoke, vape, or host parties, and I’m always mindful of shared spaces and household responsibilities.

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy home where everyone is respectful of each other’s space and where I can unwind after work. Happy to have a chat and answer any questions.
