Hi, I'm Giulia! I'm 24 years old, and I'm coming to Sydney from Italy for a 6-month internship at the Italian Chamber of Commerce. I'll be working 10 to 5, so I won't be home that much during the week. I'm looking for a room from the 12th of July to the 16th of January, with a budget of around $300 per week.

A bit about me as a flatmate: I'm super clean and tidy. I've been living alone since I was 19, so I know how to take care of a home. I've also lived in Germany and Hong Kong, and in Hong Kong I actually shared a room, so I really know how to be considerate, keep noise down, and respect common areas.

I'm not a crazy party animal anymore, I'm getting older, hahaha! I do enjoy a chill evening with a few beers and good conversation, but I'm equally happy to give you your space. I'm a pretty good cook (Italian, so obviously!), but I actually prefer doing the dishes over cooking; it's so relaxing :) ! That said, I'd love to cook for you sometime and let you try some proper Italian dishes.

I'm a good communicator, and I hate arguing. I think it's a waste of time. Even though sometimes I should speak up more, I always prefer talking things through calmly.

I'll be out during the day, so I'm looking for a relaxed home to come back to. Would love to share a meal and good conversation, but also respect your space. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out! :)
