I'm looking for a furnished private room for women.

...Hello! I'm Yuki, on a working holiday from Japan.

It's been a week since I arrived in Australia!

I'm good at organizing, I'm easygoing, and I respect other people's pace and lifestyles.

My English is conversational.

I'm at school from 8:30 a.m. to around 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and I usually spend the evenings at home. Except when I go out with friends, I go to bed early and wake up early.

My requirements are as follows:
Furnished private room (essential)
Within walking distance of public transport (tram/train preferred over bus)
Available to move in around mid-June (earlier is also acceptable)

Female-only households preferred (negotiable)
Rent: $250 or more (utilities included)
Commute to CBD within 45 minutes
Personality: Somewhere between introverted and extroverted.

Anyone is welcome as long as we respect each other's comfort and privacy.

Due to school, viewings are available after 2 PM on weekdays. Weekends are available all day.
