Off-street parking is a must. Open to any properties within 20 mins drive of Wingfield. Move date and budget are flexible. I'll be in Adelaide beforehand so I'd love to check out the place and meet everyone before moving in. I've listed 3 months as a minimum since I'm moving interstate, but always open to long term.
