I have recently finished my PhD in Townsville, QLD. I am due to start my Research Fellowship position at the University of Western Australia in September. I am an amiable person who is organised, meticulous and like my space to be warm, tidy, and clean.

I am ideally looking for a furnished place (studio, apartment etc) where it is just me. Could possibly share with another tenant provided I have my own bathroom and the place is big.

I am flexible on move in date. Can do anytime between 14 August and 1 September
