Looking for a furnished private room (female-only preferred)

Hi! My name is Chika, and I’m a working holiday student from Japan. I’ve been in Australia for about two weeks now.

I’m a clean and easygoing person, and I really value respecting each other’s pace and lifestyle to create a comfortable living environment.

I attend school from Monday to Friday, and I’m free after 2 p.m. My course finishes on August 7th, and after that I will be looking for a job.

What I’m looking for:

* Furnished private room (essential)
* Female-only household preferred (flexible)
* Close to public transport (tram or train preferred)
* Move-in date: from August 10th
* Rent: under $250 per week (including bills)
* Within 45 minutes to Melbourne CBD

I’m happy living with anyone who respects privacy and shared living space.

Viewings are available after 2 p.m. on weekdays due to school, and I’m flexible on weekends.
