Hi I'm Zubaer, currently working part time and looking for a full time role after completing my Masters degree. I also have my cat Pogo, 2 years old and very friendly and well behaved.

I've been living in Sydney for 4 years and have lived in sharehouses which taught me to be respectful, considerate and mindful of keeping shared spaces clean.

I'm easygoing, friendly, reliable with rent/bills and enjoy a calm living environment. Cleanliness is also a top priority for me. In my free time, I enjoy going out on drives, hikes, exploring cafes and sports. I also enjoy cooking, decluttering and spending time with my cat when I stay home outside of work.

I'm looking for someone similar, open-minded to team up with to look for some 2 bedroom properties although I've inspected a few already. I've been living at my current place for 2+ years and only looking to move out as the landlord intends to sell the place.
