Hi there! 👋

I’m Alan, a 31-year-old professional graphic designer and IT student. I’ve been living in Adelaide and absolutely love the balance here between the city life, the hills, and the beach.

I’m a very clean, organized, and respectful housemate. I value having a quiet, peaceful space to unwind and study, but I’m always up for a friendly chat, sharing a meal, or a casual drink. In my free time, you’ll usually find me working on creative design projects, outdoors exploring coastal walks, listening to podcasts, or checking out local live music and food spots.

🏠 What I’m Looking For (Two Options):
We are currently flexible and looking for either of these setups:

A whole property / Team-up (3 Bedrooms): I am looking together with two responsible, clean, and friendly friends (3 of us in total). We are excellent tenants who respect the property, pay rent strictly on time, and keep a peaceful home environment.

A room for myself: If the right team-up doesn’t come up, I’m also looking for a private room in a friendly, tidy sharehouse.

Move-in date: As soon as possible / Flexible.
