Hello!! My names Sam, I’m a 28 year old kiwi who’s just moved over 3 months ago. I’m a vet nurse and a huge animal lover!!! (Dog doesnt come with unfortunately 😭😂)
I’m currently looking for a flat with some lovely people. I’d preferably like to flat somewhere along the beach so anywhere from Broadbeach, mermaid beach, Nobbys, Miami, Burleigh and palm beach would be so so so amazing!! My budget is $350 max including bills.

I’m tidy, pay rent on time, have experience in flatting, love to meet new people and make new friends but also value and respect peoples privacy and space, I’m always up for a chat but love for my home to feel like my safe space/somewhere I can relax after a busy day at work. I like to be out and about on my days off, exploring this beautiful town and enjoying the stunning beaches, trying a new hike or coffee spot 😍😄
