My name is Leni, I'm 22 years old, and I'm looking for a furnished room between Mermaid and Palm Beach. My budget is up to $380 per week (including bills).

A little about me: I'm from Germany and have been working here as an au pair. Unfortunately, things didn't work out with my host family, so I'm looking for a new place. I'm also studying Information Systems online through a German university.

I'm usually not home much because I spend most of my free time at the gym, running, surfing or meeting up with friends. I already completed my 88 days of regional work so my visa is valid until March 2028.

I'm more than happy to share the household chores, whether that's taking out the rubbish, vacuuming, or anything else that needs to be done.
