Im a 38 year old kiwi who has recently moved to Perth. I work full time in O'Connor and im hoping to find a studio/Granny flat/or even an Ensuite in a shared house.
Im tidy and quiet and im hoping to find a home close to Freo where i can settle in to my new city. Looking for a long term arrangement of at least 6 months and my budget isnt really an issue for the right place.
