I’m a 20s female student from South Korea, moving to Sydney for an exchange program at UNSW for the upcoming semester from August to December. Back home, I major in Culture and Design Management. In my free time, I enjoy exploring cozy local cafes, visiting art galleries, and staying active outdoors.
Having lived in student dormitories for 6 years throughout high school and university, I am highly experienced in shared living. I also worked as a Residential Assistant (RA) at my home university, so I deeply understand the importance of respecting house rules, privacy, and keeping communal spaces spotless.
I am a strictly non-smoking, extremely tidy, and quiet person who prefers peaceful self-study and simple cooking at home over loud parties. I am looking for a furnished private room (bills included preferred) with a budget of maximum $400 per week, ideally located in Surry Hills, Redfern, Randwick, or near UNSW campuses. I’m looking for a friendly, well-managed home where everyone shares mutual respect!
