I am a 51-year-old woman who works full time as a self-employed house cleaner. I have good references from my previous rental properties. Am looking to rent: a single room in a sharehouse, granny flat,studio/1bedroom sleepout. I don't own pets. I have 2 lovely, polite kids: a teenage son, and an 18 yr old daughter, who visit me intermittently on weekends. I love making mosaics and creating beautiful living spaces.I love gardening, photography and international travel. I keep my living space clean and tidy and I don't mind cleaning up after others.
