Hi everyone,

I'm an incoming postgraduate student at UNSW, moving to Sydney in early September to start my Master's in Information Technology. I'm looking for a quiet, stable, and comfortable place to call home during my studies.

I have spent years playing in classical orchestras, which has shaped me into someone who values respect, routine, and being considerate of the people I live with. I enjoy gaming in my free time, but I'm very mindful of noise and shared spaces. I usually keep things so quiet that people sometimes ask if my devices are even on.

At home, I enjoy a calm environment where everyone can have their own space while still being friendly and respectful with each other. I don't smoke, don't have pets, and I'm not a party person. I'm clean, responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and I really appreciate a tidy kitchen and a peaceful household.

For personal comfort, privacy, and wellbeing, I'm specifically looking for an all-female household where I can share living spaces with female flatmates. I value clear boundaries, mutual respect, and a peaceful home environment. I'm LGBTQIA+ friendly and appreciate living with people who value kindness, inclusiveness, and respect for personal boundaries.
