Hi! I’m looking for a room in Brisbane with bills included, available from 16 August.
I am currently working after finishing my English course, and my budget is up to $200 per week.

I am a clean, tidy, and respectful person, and I always take care of shared spaces. I would love to live in a friendly and social household where housemates can occasionally chat or hang out together.

I would also like to arrange an inspection if possible. Could you please let me know if bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.) are included, and what facilities are provided (fridge, washing machine, dryer, vacuum, bedding, etc.)? Also, I’d like to know if I will have a private room key as well as a house key.

If everything suits, I would be happy to stay long-term, depending on the landlord’s approval.
