Hey! I'm on the hunt for a housemate to tackle the Brisbane rental grind with. I'm Head of Growth at a tech company and mostly WFH, so my days are spent at home more than most, which is exactly why the housemate situation actually matters to me. I train a lot too, gym, running, cycling, swimming, a bit of MMA, so I'm an early riser rather than a night owl, and outside of that you'll usually find me deep into a film or TV series (always chasing a good rec), keen for board games, or backing myself way too hard in a trivia round with a win rate that doesn't match the confidence. I love cooking and don't mind the odd gaming session either.

Because I WFH so much, I'll need the third room set up as a proper home office, and I'm more than happy to cover a bit more rent to make that work. Budget wise I'm sitting around $650 plus bills for my share. Keen on 3 bedroom places across the northside, Kedron, Gordon Park, Everton Park, Chermside, Stafford Heights, Stafford, Nundah, Grange, Wavell Heights, though I'm pretty open beyond that list too. Honestly my one real caveat is being within reasonable distance of a Worlds Gym, everything else I can work with. An ensuite each would be a nice bonus if we land somewhere with one, but I'm not fussed either way.

Furniture wise I'm pretty well set up already, a near new boucle 5 seater couch, a French door fridge, a top loader washing machine, so a good chunk of the communal stuff is sorted between us.

Since I'm home so much, I'd genuinely rather know who I'm living with than just be polite strangers splitting a lease. Not chasing a forced friendship, just an easy, friendly dynamic, cooking together sometimes, a chat in the kitchen, maybe a movie or games night now and then, and plenty of space given when it's wanted, your room is your business. If you're clean, up for a chat, and definitely not running a party house, we'll get along fine. Oh, and heads up, there's a chance a cat comes along for the ride, still deciding on that one, happy to talk it through.
