Hi, I’m Paul.

I’m a 40-year-old professional working full-time in regulatory affairs for a medical device company. I mostly work from home during regular business hours and have a stable, full-time job.

I’m originally from Malaysia and have been living in Melbourne for many years. I’ve recently returned from travelling overseas and am looking for a furnished room while I search for a long-term apartment.

I’m easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy, and I value a peaceful, friendly home. I’m not a smoker, don’t host parties, and always clean up after myself. I enjoy having a chat with housemates but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

Outside of work, I enjoy badminton, photography, travelling, exploring cafés and restaurants, and getting outdoors on weekends. I’m generally out playing badminton a couple of evenings each week, so I’m not home all the time.
