Hi! I’m Chiara, 28, from Italy and currently on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m a clean, tidy and respectful person who enjoys a peaceful and friendly home. I absolutely love food and cooking, especially Italian food because it reminds me of home. In my free time I enjoy sunset walks on the beach, watching movies and series, listening to music and having a chat. HOUSE / APARTMENT WANTED – SYDNEY
We are 4 female colleagues looking for a place to rent, ideally with easy access to Pitt Street, Sydney CBD, where we work.
We all work full-time and are rarely at home, so we’re looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place. Ideally, we would like to have the place to ourselves so we’re serching a whole apartment, rather than sharing with other tenants.

Our ideal setup would be for each of us to have her own bedroom, but we are also very happy to share between the 4 of us, with 2 girls per room, which would be the easiest option for us.

We are open to:

• 🛏️ 4 private bedrooms – ideal
• 🛏️ 2 bedrooms shared between the 4 of us – 2 girls per room, also ideal
• 🛏️ 2 single/private rooms + 1 double/shared room
• 🏠 A whole 3-bedroom apartment/house, depending on the layout

📍 Preferred areas: Ultimo, Pyrmont, Haymarket/Chinatown, The Rocks/Millers Point, Surry Hills, Chippendale, Barangaroo or Sydney CBD. We are also open to nearby areas with an easy commute to Pitt Street.

💰 Budget: max $280/300 per person/week
🚿 2+ bathrooms preferred
📅 Move-in: ASAP
