62 yrs aussie male i like to think im a clean and tidy person who is responsible with paying bills and rent on time and pro-active in doing my share of house and yard work to help keep property maintained and safe. My current work hours are from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm 0r 1pm to 9pm depending on employer requirements.
I have my own bedroom furniture tv computer and internet account and basic kitchen equipment including a fridge if required. No pets no children not a party person and respectful of peoples privacy need for sleep and personal space.
I own a car and a motorbike dont mind parking car outside but would prefer undercover or garage space for my bike.
