Hi there! I am an incoming student at APIC Brisbane, and I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed place to live. I do not smoke or drink, and I value a peaceful and respectful home environment.

I am flexible with privacy and don't mind if the room isn't fully furnished. I am responsible about shared spaces; I always clean up after myself, throw away my trash, and wash my dishes right away.

Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, going for walks to explore, and occasionally gaming online with my friends. I also do light workouts at home, but I would love to find a nearby gym to join.
