I will be returning from study abroad in Japan in August, and I'm currently looking for some accommodation to help me with finishing my final year and a bit at university before graduating.
I am always clean; my previous landlords enjoyed having me as a Tenant. I don't make alot of loud noises and always wash up the dishes after cooking. If I do bring friends over, we aren't being noisy and Irritating.
I would definitely be down to do activities with the other guys in the share house.
